Your rating
- Your store rating is the average of every approved review with stars, across all your products.
- With no reviews yet, your store shows “No reviews yet”.
- Reviews are always open on products; you cannot switch them off.
Badges on your product pages
| Badge | How to earn it |
|---|---|
| Licensing verified | Every approved product – it passed verification. |
| Top rated vendor | An average of 4.5 stars or more across at least 5 reviews. |
| Best seller | 50 or more sales of that product. |
| Performance badges | From verified live results – see Backtests and live results. |
Top Rated Vendors
The Top Rated Vendors carousel on the marketplace shows vendors with published products and an average of at least 4.6 stars, ordered by rating and then sales. Each card shows your products, sales, reviews and main categories.
Getting good reviews
- Answer buyer questions in Product Q&A and Support quickly.
- Describe your EA honestly – reviews reflect whether it matched the listing.
- Keep an installation guide and set file with the product.
