End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Licensee”) and FX Nook, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“FXNook”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software obtained from FXNook, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Licensed Software

This Agreement applies to all digital software products sold or distributed via FXNook, including but not limited to:

  • Expert Advisors (EAs)
  • Indicators
  • Scripts and utilities
  • Associated licensing components, including LicenseFx.dll

2. License Grant

FXNook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the licensed software solely for your own trading or business purposes.

  • No ownership rights are transferred
  • License applies only to the original purchaser
  • License scope is defined by product description

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the software
  • Distribute copies to third parties
  • Use the software on unauthorized accounts or devices
  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing systems

4. Licensing Enforcement

FXNook products use technical licensing mechanisms, including LicenseFx.dll, to validate usage.

  • License validation may require internet connectivity
  • Renaming or altering licensing files will invalidate the license
  • Detected abuse results in automatic license termination

5. Updates & Modifications

Vendors may release updates at their discretion. Updates do not reset, expand, or modify license terms unless explicitly stated.

6. Refund Impact on License

If a refund is issued for any reason, the associated license is immediately revoked. Continued use after refund constitutes unauthorized use.

7. Termination

FXNook may suspend or terminate this license immediately if you violate this Agreement, platform policies, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FXNook does not guarantee performance, compatibility, or profitability.

9. Limitation of Liability

FXNook shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including trading losses, data loss, or system failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with the vendor or FXNook. This Agreement does not grant rights beyond use.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
