Updates & Downloads

This guide explains how customers receive product updates, where to download new versions, and how to update safely without breaking their setup.

Where to Download Your Product

  • Login to your FXNook account
  • Go to Account → Downloads
  • Your latest product version is always available there

Good to Know

You do not need to contact support to get updates. All eligible updates are available in your account.

How Product Updates Work

  • Vendors release updates when needed
  • Updates may include bug fixes or improvements
  • Major updates may require re-testing by FXNook
  • Licensing remains the same after updates

How to Update a Product Safely

Remove Old File

Close MetaTrader and delete the old EA or Indicator file.

Copy New File

Copy the updated file into the correct folder.

Restart MetaTrader

Restart the platform so the update loads properly.

What Updates Do NOT Mean

  • Updates do NOT guarantee higher profits
  • Updates do NOT remove trading risk
  • Updates do NOT change market behavior

Trading results depend on market conditions. Updates improve software, not profits.

When You Should NOT Update

  • During an active trade
  • Without reading update notes
  • If your setup is working and update is optional
