Common Errors & Fixes

Most issues are caused by incorrect setup or missing files. This page lists common problems and simple steps to fix them. Please read this before contacting support.

EA / Indicator Not Working

Product loads but does nothing.

  • Enable AutoTrading
  • Wait for market conditions
  • Check correct chart pair & timeframe

License Error or Product Stops Working

Message shows license error or no trades.

  • Confirm LicenseFx.dll is in Libraries folder
  • Ensure file name is EXACT (no numbers)
  • Restart MetaTrader

Product Not Showing in Navigator

File copied but not visible.

  • Restart MetaTrader
  • Check correct folder (Experts or Indicators)
  • Right-click Navigator → Refresh

DLL Import Not Allowed

Error related to DLL permissions.

  • Go to EA settings
  • Enable Allow DLL imports
  • Reattach the product

No Trades Yet

EA installed but no trades opened.

  • Normal behavior for many strategies
  • Check recommended settings
  • Wait for suitable market conditions
