Refund Policy

FXNook sells digital products (Expert Advisors and Indicators). Because of the nature of digital software, refunds are limited and handled carefully.

  • Refunds are NOT guaranteed
  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case
  • Licensing abuse voids refund eligibility

No Automatic Refunds

Poor trading results, market losses, or misunderstanding of product functionality are NOT valid refund reasons.

When a Refund May Be Considered

  • Product fails to load due to a verified technical issue
  • Licensing error confirmed by FXNook support
  • Product does not match its description

When Refunds Are NOT Granted

  • Losses due to market conditions
  • Incorrect installation or setup
  • Incompatible broker or account type
  • License sharing or violation

How to Get Support

  • Use the FXNook support ticket system
  • Provide order ID and product name
  • Describe the issue clearly
  • Attach screenshots if needed

Most issues are resolved faster when customers follow the Getting Started and Common Errors guides first.

Response Time

FXNook support typically responds within 24–72 hours. Complex issues may require additional review time.
