How to Upload a Product (EA / Indicator)

This guide explains the exact process vendors must follow to upload a product (Expert Advisor or Indicator) on FXNook. All products go through manual verification before being published.

Before You Upload

  • Product must be compiled (.ex4 / .ex5)
  • FXNook Licensing DLL must be integrated (for paid products)
  • No hardcoded expiry, hidden locks, or external licensing
  • Clear usage explanation and real performance data (if applicable)

Important

Uploading demo, broken, misleading, or unlicensed products will result in rejection. Repeated violations may lead to vendor suspension.

Step-by-Step Upload Process

Login to Vendor Dashboard

Access your FXNook account and open the Vendor Dashboard.

Navigate to Products

Go to Products → Add New Product.

Select Product Type

Choose whether you are uploading an Expert Advisor or an Indicator.

Fill Product Information

Enter product name, category (MT4 / MT5), pricing, and upload a product image.

Add Description & Version

Explain how the product works, its use-case, and add version number & changelog.

Upload Product Files

Upload compiled EA or Indicator file (.ex4 / .ex5) with licensing already added.

Fill Product Specifications

Pairs, timeframe, platform version, minimum requirements, and performance link.

Save Product

Set product status to Online and click Save.

Verification & Approval

After saving, your product enters the FXNook verification queue. Products are not visible to customers until approved.

  • Licensing integration test (if applicable)
  • Product behavior and stability check
  • Description and performance validation
  • Installation and activation testing

Approval Timeline

Most products are reviewed within 24–72 hours.
